How to join Butterflies Clubs

At Butterflies Clubs we work with many children and young people, who all have varying levels of needs, abilities and interests and this is reflected in our registration process. We want to get to know every child and young person as an individual, so that we are confident in meeting all of their needs and identifying their interests. This enables us to offer them a wide range of exciting experiences, whilst expanding their social opportunities and helping the children to be confident in trying new activities.

Steps of the Butterflies Registration journey

Step 1 :

Sign up to 'KidsClubHQ' our registration and booking platform:


Step 2 :

Select register and create a profile for yourself and add your child's information when requested.

Step 3 :

Once you are registered a member of staff will email you to book in a taster session. Every member must attend a taster session, this enables a gentle introduction to the staff and a range of short bursts of various activities. 

If you would prefer you can attend a stay and play session where you remain with your child.

Step 4 :

Once we have met your child you will have a range of events on KidsClubH, to select for your child. These events will have been specifically selected for your child's needs and interests. 

Step 5 :

Book your child into the events that you feel they will enjoy most!
