How to join Butterflies Clubs
At Butterflies Clubs we work with many children and young people, who all have varying levels of needs, abilities and interests and this is reflected in our registration process. We want to get to know every child and young person as an individual, so that we are confident in meeting all of their needs and identifying their interests. This enables us to offer them a wide range of exciting experiences, whilst expanding their social opportunities and helping the children to be confident in trying new activities.
We are currently not accepting any new members who live outside the Essex County Council boundaries.
Steps of the Butterflies Registration journey
Step 1 :
Ensure you are registered on the Essex Shortbreaks digital website and have your log in handy.

Step 2 :
Log in to your account, select log in and then select South Clubs and Activities. Once you have your Essex Shortbreaks number you can complete the registration form to join us. Registration form: https://form.jotform.com/243285406012347
Step 3 :
If you would like for your child to attend activities where they are supported by Butterflies staff, you need to book a stay & play session where you both coming along to meet us. You can book that on this link: https://form.jotform.com/243653585571061
Step 4:
During the stay & play session staff will get to know your child and learn about how best to support them and their needs and interests.
Step 5 :
After your child's stay & play session they will be allocated a group, best suited to their needs, triggers, personality and interests.
Step 6 :
You are now able to to book your child into any of the activities in your child's allocated group using the app specific to your child's group!
